What is the Inclusion Scotland Employment and Internship Programme?

The Inclusion Scotland Employment and Internship Programme supports organisations across Scotland to host disabled interns in accessible, project-based roles. Since 2014, we’ve helped over 150 interns gain paid work experience. Inclusion Scotland offers employers expert guidance on inclusive recruitment, from framing your job description and advertising your vacancy to interviewing potential candidates and implementing workplace support.

We offer flexible options to suit different organisations, including fully funded, partially funded, government-backed, and private sector internships.
