• We cannot give advice to individuals about their personal circumstances and situations. 

• Disability Information Scotland has a Telephone Helpline, Text Message and Email service offering advice for individuals. Alternatively, you may wish to contact your local Independent Living Centre or Citizens Advice Bureau for advice and help.

• Inclusion Scotland is always interested in reading or hearing about your experiences as a disabled person. This includes your experience of accessing information and advice. We often use the experiences you tell us about (anonymously) to inform our research and campaign for change. We will not tell anyone your name.

• If you are a disabled person, you can also join our charity as an Associate member. Membership of Inclusion Scotland is free. You can sign up for our newsletter, which includes information on ways to get involved in our work and the work of our member and partner organisations.
