Our latest briefing for MSPs ahead of the Stage 3 vote on the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill

We have published our latest briefing for MSPs ahead of the Stage 3 vote on the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill.

As a Disabled People’s Organisation, we have shared evidence highlighting the risks this legislation poses within the current context of inequality and under resourced support services. Our briefing sets out key concerns and explains why we believe the Bill, as drafted, does not provide the protections needed. We urge all MSPs to consider this evidence carefully.
