Making Work Accessible

We have created resources for employers to use when thinking about how to make work more accessible to disabled people. These resources are largely based on our work supporting our internship programme, but also using feedback from interns about barriers they have faced in work and job searching.

Application Process

Sometimes job adverts can present barriers to disabled people through things like jargon, a lack of information and requirements that can lead to discrimination. Read more
