Hi, I’m Vaiva and I’ve just started as an Administrator at Inclusion Scotland. I support the team with admin and organisation to help things run smoothly. I have a BA (Hons) in Events Management and a background in planning, customer service, and organising events. I enjoy bringing those skills into a role that supports meaningful change.

Outside of work, I volunteer as a Communications Officer for the Scottish Lithuanian community. I love walking my dog Stout, going to events, travelling, and listening to music and podcasts. I’m excited to be part of such a welcoming team and to grow in this role.
