Hi, I’m Dr Pauline Nolan, Head of Participation and Policy since 2024 and leading on our participation/ lived experience leadership, policy and research work at Inclusion Scotland. I lead on our participation, policy and research strategy and my team’s delivery of that. I’ve worked in policy, research and participation at Inclusion Scotland since 2011. Prior to that I worked at Amnesty Scotland; in social care support roles; and I did a PhD in Social Anthropology. I am also chair of the board of Article 12 Scotland. I enjoy music, dancing and spending time with my family.
