Hi, I’m Heather Fisken, CEO since April 2024 and lead this small but feisty organisation with the support of our Board of Trustees and input of our members from across Scotland’s disabled people’s movement. I lead our amazing staff team to deliver Inclusion Scotland’s strategy to make change happen so that we disabled people enjoy their right to full and equal participation in all society. There is a way to go but we’ll not stop.

Outside of work I spend time with family and friends and Charlie the ‘mutt’, Netflix (too much) and bake a mean scone!
