I’m George, I lead engagement with employers, partners, and stakeholders to support inclusive employment pathways for disabled people.

Over the years, I worked in client facing roles, building and managing strategic stakeholder relationships, delivering revenue and engagement targets.

Prior to joining Inclusion Scotland, I worked as an engagement manager where I led regional engagement initiatives, working with local authorities and community organisations to expand programme reach and deliver positive outcomes for participants.

I have a background in Marketing and MSc in Corporate communications and public affairs from RGU, Scotland.

I enjoy networking, spending time with family and taking long walks to keep fit!
