I’m Caitlin, the Participation and Policy Officer at Inclusion Scotland. I work on developing participation for our Poverty and Social Security lived experience group, supporting inclusive participation approaches, and helping turn lived experience into meaningful policy change. What matters most to me is making sure disabled people are genuinely listened to and feel confident, valued and respected when sharing their experiences. I studied Politics and International Relations, followed by a master’s in Political Communication. Outside work, I love yoga, dancing, and spending time with my friends.
