    SILC Statement on NHS and Rights of Disabled People

    The Scottish Independent Living Coalition of Disabled People’s Organisations has produced a statement about access to healthcare for disabled people during COVID-19 pandemic.  This has been sent to Ministers, Boards, Royal Colleges, CoSLA and many others who have a role to play in ensuring our human rights.  This statement covers Do Not Resuscitate notices and includes examples of disabled people’s lived experiences. It sets out 10 actions that could be taken now. Links to the statement are below.
