Inclusion Scotland is the DPO chair of the Scottish Access to Work (AtW) Stakeholder Forum which is run by Scottish Government and attended by DWP and key Scottish Stakeholder. It meets quarterly to discuss thematic issues regarding the delivery and experience of the AtW fund. Since 2023, when the Forum was revived and Inclusion Scotland took over as chair, Inclusion Scotland has provided two pieces of research to inform DWP and the other stakeholders of evidence of improvements required.
