Inclusion Scotland Impact Report 2024

We are very proud to share Inclusion Scotland’s 2024 Impact Report, highlighting the progress we’ve made in advancing disabled people’s rights and participation across Scotland. This report reflects the collective efforts of our members, staff, and supporters in pushing for systemic change, influencing policy, and strengthening the voices of disabled people.

Our work this year has centred around four key themes: influencing decision-makers, supporting our members to become decision-makers themselves, developing capacity and awareness, and fostering leadership within the Disabled People’s Movement. From securing essential policy changes to empowering disabled people in political and civic life, our achievements demonstrate the power of lived experience in shaping a more inclusive society.

While we celebrate our progress, there is still much to do. We remain committed to breaking down barriers, challenging discrimination, and ensuring that disabled people have an equal say in decisions that affect their lives.
