Membership

Becoming a member of Inclusion Scotland means joining a network of disabled people, our organisations and supporters working together to remove the barriers that restrict disabled people’s lives. These barriers are not inevitable. They are the result of choices about how society is designed and organised. Changing this takes collective action, grounded in lived experience and led by disabled people ourselves.

Membership connects you to others across Scotland who share a commitment to disabled people’s human rights. By joining, you help strengthen a movement that influences policy, challenges discrimination and drives practical change. Together, we ensure decisions about disabled people are shaped by those most affected, turning rights into reality.

“It is vital that action to make disabled people’s human rights a reality is led by us, disabled people ourselves. Only we know firsthand what needs to be done.” — Heather Fisken, CEO, Inclusion Scotland
