Inclusion Scotland is a national network of disabled people, their organisations and allies.  Through our partnerships we reach large numbers of disabled people across Scotland.  We are a Disabled People’s Organisation – run by disabled people.

Inclusion Scotland works to achieve positive changes to policy and practice, so that disabled people are fully included throughout all Scottish society as equal citizens.

We support disabled people to participate and to be decision-makers themselves, promoting our equal representation and our right to make choices.

Working as a member of the administration team, the post holder will provide administrative support to the organisation, contributing to achieving the vision of disabled people being fully included throughout all Scottish society as equal citizens.

The role will involve collaborating with colleagues to identify and deliver administrative tasks which support the delivery of Inclusion Scotland’s programmes, and policy and research work. Additionally, the role plays a key part in ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all involved with Inclusion Scotland.

 

Supporting Administration Team: 

– Daily Administrative Tasks

– Venue Bookings

– Financial and Administrative Processes

– IT, Communications and Office Operations

– Online Phone Line System

 

Application Notes

Part-Time: 17.5 hours per week

Reports to: Senior Administrator

8% employer pension contribution

Annual Holidays: 35 days, including 10 days for public holidays (pro rata for part-time)
