Chief Executive Officer of Inclusion Scotland
Reports to: Board of trustees
Salary: £53,635 per annum starting salary.
Pension: 8 % employer contribution
Hours: 35 hours a week (full-time)
Annual Holiday: 35 days, including 10 days for public holidays
Location: Initially remote, office is in Edinburgh – future working arrangements to be determined

We are seeking a new Chief Executive Officer to lead us in our work for positive change, so that we disabled people are fully included throughout all Scottish society as equal citizens. You will lead a dedicated team influencing decision-makers, supporting disabled people to be decision-makers themselves, and developing capacity, awareness and engagement. Inclusion Scotland is a Disabled People’s Organisation, governed by a board which is made up of a majority of disabled people. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual who has experience of operating at senior level and whose professional achievements and track record identify them as a leader who will be credible in the disabled people’s movement.
